World Mental Health Day



Oct. 10 is World Mental Health Day! Today is an opportunity to raise awareness about mental health and make it a priority for those around the world.

In an effort to take care of our mental health and personal well-being, our counselors provided a brainstorming activity where you can build a personalized self-care plan for yourself. Examine your current habits, identify your needs, find self-care activities and so much more.

  • Have an adventure day

  • Listen to music

  • Make a gratitude list

  • Go for a nature walk
