Hispanic Heritage Month

“Hispanics: Be Proud of Your Past and Embrace the Future”

Join AACC in celebrating the history, culture and traditions that define the Hispanic community and its future as a group. Let's take this month as an opportunity to reflect on Hispanic Americans' service and contributions to the history of our nation. Customs and traditions always will be part of the Hispanic population. AACC has provided access to informative videos, history, cooking, movies and more for September and October.

From enchiladas and tres leche cake to horchata and margaritas, the Hispanic culture has not only touched our palettes but their food has touched our soul! AACC has an amazing Hotel and Culinary Arts program that offers previews to the work their students do on campus many times throughout the year. We will not be able to experience it face-to-face, so we thought we would bring it to you! Join Chef Ludwig as he prepares some of our favorites! Enter your creations into our competition to win a prize. Contest closes on Oct. 1.
