Chocolate Cake Recipe
Recipe should make 12 cupcakes or an 8x2 inch cake.
Ingredients
AP Flour, 177 g
Sugar, 198 g
Cocoa Powder, 21 g
Salt, ½ teaspoon
Baking Soda, 1 teaspoon
Water, 227 g
Vegetable Oil, 67 g
Vanilla Extract, 1 teaspoon
Vinegar, cider or white, 14 g
Instructions
Sift together all dry ingredients.
Combine all liquid ingredients.
Stir together both mixtures to smooth consistency. Strain mixture.
Deposit batter into desired pans
Bake 350F about 17-22 minutes.
