Friday Happy Hour



It's Friday which means there might be a happy hour in your near future! Let us help you out by serving up a happy hour recipe from AACC's Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism Institute.

Chef David Ludwig, CEPC, CHE, and his wife, Chandra Ludwig, invite us to their bar and show us how to make a Blue Whale. This is a pretty, tropical drink that you can sip on while you close up the pool for the summer!


Ingredients

  • 4 oz Peach Nectar

  • 1 oz Vodka

  • 1 oz Gin

  • 1 oz Blue Curacao Club Soda (optional)

Steps

  • Pour Vodka, Gin, Blue Curacao and Peach Nectar into a shaker with ice

  • Shake well

  • Serve with a dash of Club Soda
