A Guided Relaxation



It's the end of another stressful week and it gives us all an opportunity to relax! We're happy to have AACC counselor Diane Hallila take us through a nine-minute exercise to help us take a break and find a state of calm.


Guided relaxation offers us an opportunity to take care of ourselves and reduce stress and anxiety in our lives. We hope this exercise allows you to reframe your perspective and come back to class or work ready to go and more relaxed.
